Hawke’s Bay Club – The Venue 

A Category 1, Heritage listed venue, The Hawke’s Bay Club is located on Napier’s Marine Parade, the Edwardian style construction was completed in 1906 and has changed little over the years.  A venue with ambiance, the Club is a great place for group meetings, events, functions, and weddings. 

The Dining Room

Located on the ground floor, the Dining room is suitable for group meetings, dining functions and wedding receptions of up to 80 people, with windows to the north and east, the Dining room offers plenty of natural light and access to the lower deck and lawn.  Airconditioned, the Dining room is comfortable year-round. 

The Heritage Room 

Located on the ground floor, the Heritage room is suitable for small group meetings of up to 20 people, with windows to the south and east, the Heritage room offers plenty of natural light and access to the lower deck and lawn.  Airconditioned, the Dining room is comfortable year-round. 

The Foyer 

As you step through the doors of the Club, you are greeted by our magnificent foyer, with timber lined walls and ceilings, an impressive staircase, and a two-storey atrium, that never fails to impress.  The Foyer is the ideal place to greet your guests with champagne and cocktail food on arrival. 

The Millennium Room 

Located on the first floor, the Millennium room is configured with a boardroom table suitable for 20 people, with windows to the north and east, the Heritage room offers plenty of natural light and access to the upper deck.  Equipped with a large screen TV and whiteboard, the Millennium room is suitable for most meetings. 

Room 5 

Located on the first floor, Room 5 is suitable for group meetings of up to 40 people, with windows to the south and east, Room 5 offers plenty of natural light and access to the upper deck.  Equipped with a large screen TV and whiteboard, the Millennium room is suitable for most meetings. 

The Lawn 

Enjoy alfresco dining on our private lawn, surrounded by tall hedges it is a sanctuary on Napier’s Marine Parade, add a little music and enjoy the Clubs ambiance and the Hawke’s Bay weather. 

Want to dine outdoors, add a marque and the lawn can cater for groups of up to 100. 

Accommodation 

With four bedrooms, the Club offers modest accommodation with shared bathroom facilities.
